This page explains how to request deletion of data 121 Group holds about you, including data obtained via Meta and Google.

How to request deletion

You can have your data deleted in either of these ways:

  1. Revoke access from the platform. Removing 121 Group's access in your Meta Business Manager or Google account stops all further data collection and signals our systems to remove the related connection.
  2. Email us. Send a request to privacy@121group.io from the email associated with your account. We will delete the data we hold about you and confirm in writing.

What we delete

On request we remove the connected account data and access tokens we hold for you. Aggregated or anonymised records that no longer identify you, and records we are required to keep by law, may be retained.

Timeframe

We action deletion requests promptly, normally within 30 days, and confirm completion.

Automated requests

For requests initiated through Meta, our platform processes the data deletion callback automatically and issues a confirmation code and status. For any request you can also follow the manual steps above.
