Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the 121 Insights dashboard provided by 121 Group Pty Ltd. By accessing the platform or connecting an account, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
121 Insights provides marketing performance reporting and, where engaged, advertising management for connected accounts. Service scope is defined in your engagement with 121 Group.
3. Account connections and authority
You confirm that you are authorised to connect the accounts and assets you link, and to grant 121 Group access to them. You remain the owner of those accounts and assets and may revoke access at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other clients, or use it unlawfully. We keep each client's data isolated.
5. No lock-in
Engagements are month to month unless agreed otherwise. You may end the engagement and revoke access at any time, subject to settling amounts owed for services delivered.
6. Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion via our Data Deletion page.
7. Liability
The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, 121 Group's liability is limited as set out in your engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
