Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
121 Insights is a marketing performance dashboard operated by 121 Group Pty Ltd ("121 Group", "we", "us"), a digital marketing agency based in Queensland, Australia. 121 Group Pty Ltd is the data controller responsible for the data described in this policy. Contact: privacy@121group.io.
2. What data we access
When you connect a marketing platform to 121 Insights, you authorise us to access, on your behalf and as an authorised partner or user on your own account:
- Advertising performance data (for example spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign, ad set and creative details) from Google Ads and Meta.
- Web and search analytics (for example sessions, conversions, and search performance) from Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Page, Instagram and dataset or pixel information where you connect those assets, for reporting and for managing advertising we run for you.
- Account identifiers and the access tokens needed to retrieve the above.
We do not collect the personal social media content of your customers, and we do not request more access than is needed to provide the service you have engaged us for.
3. How we use it
We use this data only to (a) present your marketing performance in your dashboard, and (b) create, manage and optimise advertising that you have engaged 121 Group to run on your behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your account.
4. Google API limited use
121 Insights' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you have connected, do not transfer it except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, and do not use it for advertising or sell it.
5. Meta platform data
Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You remain the owner of your Meta assets; we access them as an authorised partner and you can revoke that access at any time from your own Business Manager.
6. Where it is stored and who can access it
Data is stored on infrastructure operated for us by Google Cloud Platform (including BigQuery) and is access-controlled. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Only authorised 121 Group personnel who need access to deliver your service can access your data.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain connected data only while you are an active client or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time, see our Data Deletion page. Revoking access from your platform account also stops further data collection, and disconnecting triggers cleanup of the related connection in our systems.
8. Your rights
Consistent with the Australian Privacy Act and, where applicable, the GDPR and CCPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact privacy@121group.io.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
